Q: When will I receive my reading?

A: Current processing times for standard readings are ten business days minimum. Please keep in mind business days are Monday- Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Your reading will be emailed to you via secure link. Emergency readings are delivered within 72 hours, same day readings are delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend may incur delays (additional 1-2 business days). See shop page for all information.

Q: How long is a reading?

A: Messages aren't based on time but rather the message itself and what viewer needs to know. You can expect readings to be around 10-15 minutes max. Sometimes it can be longer or shorter depending on the current circumstances of viewer. Other-side readings are 30 min.

Q: Does Nata offer workshops or in person readings?
